Technitect, LLC is a consulting firm specializing in technology management consulting, systems design, acoustics and infrastructure development. The primary services we provide are:

• Audiovisual (AV), video, control and sound system design including the base building infrastructure requirements (such as acoustics, lighting, space planning, integration detailing, data, power, conduit and other infrastructure)
• Acoustical design services for all types of acoustical projects including AV facilities, arts facilities, recording studios, industrial noise and HVAC noise control design
• AV project commissioning from the program phase to owner acceptance as well as commissioning, re-commissioning, testing and troubleshooting for existing systems
• Training seminars and workshops about the AV industry including AV technology, infrastructure and management.

The company was founded in 2004 by Timothy Cape, CTS-D, an internationally recognized consultant in the integration of technology into buildings and co-author of the book Audiovisual Best Practices, which provides the basis for a process-driven delivery of AV systems in the built environment.
